I bought earrings on the bargain room.com website and while they immediately charged my credit card, they still have not processed the earrings. I believe this site might be a scam website. I have contacted them as to how to resolve this issue and there is no phone number to call only an email address to send off the request to. I have done this and received a request number and no idea when they will get back to me. So much for 24/7 support. That is not right.
