Wow not the first to file a complaint. Promissed a free sample. I received it a month after request. Not free, I was charged shipping $4.95 Product $69.99. Worse thing is the product is actually OK. I tried to call to get them to cancel charge on credit card but their phone number does not work, nor do they answer emails. I was willing to pay for a 3 month supply but it is impossible to reach them. The phone on their billing statement does not answer. Wow a mess of a company.
