Fake call on my cell phone saying I won $1000.00 gift card. Call was from Target saying that I had won a raffle from shopping last month at their store. I had shopped there last month, so I believed the call saying that I was a winner. I now have to even pay text message charges since the call was to my cell phone, and I must pay for all messages sent or received.
