I foolishly ordered the 4.95 ecig starter kit. Never received it, but was charged. Then today was charged 99.95 again. I have tried to email and cancel when kit was not recieved, tried calling bogus phone number to no avail either. I have reported to my bank. They are a fraud! There is no way to cancel the fake starter kit.
