Beware - homeowners!!! I'm in the process of pursuing a lawsuit (most likely a class lawsuit) against this company for the following reasons: no direct access to headquarters office for escalation, intentionally made it difficult for customers to escalate issues, no response, i.E. Not even a confirmation of customer's communication, coercion of signing their payback contract without any alternatives, unfair practices, etc. I could go on and on... Don't be deceived with their reviews in their FB website since they have carefully selected and edited the comments. My earlier comment has been deleted - this is an evidence that they edit postings on the FB site. Please respond if anybody would be interested to go after this company. I have seen that it is possible. I would like this type of company to discontinue its operations since it is very harmful for consumers.
