Charter Communications
This company has such poor customer service

I live off the road just a couple of miles and Charter is not willing to run a cable line out there. If I am willing to PAY EXTRA for them to run it out there then why the heck are they refusing? I spoke with my mother in law who is retired from Charter and she said it's just they don't want to put the effort into it. If they are not willing to put effort into getting someone's business then why would you want them to have your business?!
