I purchased some items from Sephora.com on November 2. While waiting for my shipment, I received several emails from Sephora saying that they have shipped the package, and I shall received it within certain time period. I have also got an email saying that it is past the custom, and tracking number is such and such. I have been checking online for where my package stands, and emailing them constantly.
And, on Nov 13th, I checked on Canadapost, and it stated that the package has been delivered, yet I have not received it.
So I emailed them, and they told me to check with the Security Guard and see. I checked with him, and there was nothing. I seriously emailed them like 10 times to see the status of my order. I called them too. And they seemed pretty irritant after few of my phone calls. I also got frustrated as I did not receive a definite answer as what is going to happen.
They said the package may be lost during the transit and I will receive my refund. And on Nov 23, I received an email stating that I will be credited with the full amount. But, I still have not received my refund, and it's already Dec 7!!
Not sure what they are doing, they are slow, and they take forever to respond back. I sent them an email 3 days ago, and they did reply back to me, saying that they are still investigating.
I don't think I will EVER order again from Sephora!!!
It wasn't worth my time and frustration. Just be careful when you shop online and follow up promptly when you shop online. Such a bad experience with this well known company... = (
