Time Warner Internet. Basically Useless

The name says it all, i cannot use my internet for a solid hour without going offline for 20 minutes at a time. Constantly says no network access. Now I'm paying for something that rarely works as you advertise. Shame that you are the only option otherwise youd be out of business. Gfy twc
