Not contact when asking for refund

I purchased a lot of these DIY power items - this is actually the just one which was not shipped. I tried calling the amount but I can not keep a note and it requires me to deliver a contact - they're saturated in it, since no body checks that e-mail as no body has answered to my grievances during the last month. It pisses me off that you simply cost so much to get a merchandise, and yet don't have any structure in position to cope with your visitors. The BBB score is BS - these men really are a fraud fraud.
