Who's who registry of academic excellence
Unfilled order and received payment over a year ago

Our kid obtained a notice for his educational resource to become printed in Whois Who Registry and my purchase was positioned and charged to my charge card over twelve months before and we've not obtained the purchase by today 5/24/10. At the moment I'm not able to achieve the registry to keep my order or perhaps a reimbursement about the purchase. Any information about how to obtain the order-we put or perhaps a reimbursement could be much appreciated.
