No Refund on Magazine Subscription

I had been suckered into purchasing two journal subscribers. I instantly submitted the termination type the next evening, as previously mentioned about the back of my reciept. They've not returned my cash and also the telephone calls won't actually take messages today. I have been cheated!!! This must quit someplace, somehow? So what can we do?
