A teacher didnt give me grads

I delivered my assignments towards the instructor and he or she failed me since she said i didnt offer her the assignments and he or she said i dont have any evidence that i offered her the projects, but i informed her i delivered it to u and that I possess the evidence examine your email and that I examine my email and we gana notice who's correct. She said no and its own too late currently and that I didnt move the calss after spending a lot of cash and period. So what can I actually do since within the college they stated this between u and her (i still possess the assinment on my email)
