I acquired this subcription like a christmas gift he still hasn't gotten the journal. It's now 4 weeks and the credit card was charged but my partner never got the journal.

Among the telephone numbers doesn't work and another 877.258.3045 functions but the guy who replies claims he is about the other line and can call you back but doesn't or simply puts you on hold and you receive stop.
