Getting billed for something I did not orde

I'm getting a statement for anything used to do not purchase - or recognition purchasing. I've created towards the organization and all I returned was another statement and risk of selections utilizing "numerous legitimate means at their removal" to gather and when not compensated in 28 times in the day of the notice, - (2/27), obtained 3/5, "extra selection methods may immediately result".

There is NO telephone number to contact them about the notice.

Secondly, I actually donot purchase something that I don't purchase in advance.
