Recieving books not ordered

This is actually the 2nd group of publications I received that I never requested. I delivered the final one back was informed I'd to cover the shipping to come back them. It expense over $5 to send them back.

I don't like either of the publications or might I study them even when these were "free". I do want to understand how to encourage them to quit delivering unsoliciated publications? I deliver the updates back saying I don't need the things they are available for that month in sufficient time however now nowadays listed here is another group of publications.

The rear of the bill claims to come back item return the bill using the bundle & have "the local postoffice aid utilize the right shipping"? What`s that even when the container isnt exposed? I'll simply stop the account like a final resort as their support is really bad. Judy Cox
