Preying on the elderly

Bottomline Publications are predatory on senor citizens. They hav no-contact telephone numbers plus they keep delivering expenses to my parents for publications which have not been received. There's no method to contact via telephone. This appears to be a fraud plus they sould end this unjust practice. The publications are now being billed to Jose Ruiz at 340 NW 117 t Ohio, Fl 33168. Please allow me to know should you may help me resoulve this issue.
