Not acknowledging payment

I obtained a statement for $39.00 to get a membership to Bottom-Line Individual. I'd previously settled this add up to them-and ripped my check for them to confirm the cost. I obtained an email from their store the cost visited the incorrect organization and offered me a telefone number to contact. I named that quantity and after searching for my info I had been recommended that there is a $39 credit on my consideration for 3 months. I asked may they move it around and that I was informed that they're exactly the same organization but can't trasfer the cash. I inquired what were they likely to do I didn't contact. They'd not reply. It has created me choose that I don't wish to accomplish something with this specific organization anymore.
