Faulty billing practice

I proceed to get a payment notice on the guide that I've delivered for this organization. Certainly, they've the incorrect title of the guide that they're charging me for, i.E., Head Boosting Strategies. Evidently—but I don't understand—the organization delivered me two publications, titled, Wellness, Damage of Ripp-off, which I delivered one of these inside the past fourteen days. However, they proceed to bill me for Brain Boosting Strategies.
