I requested a guide "Walt Breens Encyclopedia of Coins" on March 11. I had been billed $121.20 and not received my guide. They offered me purchase confirmation # 370570 that we have examined on the site and usually obtain the same info that 'It'll be delivered in 15 business days. The corporation appears to be a fraud and must be broken.
