Deceptive return policy!

I requested publications having a one month satisfaction guarantee. I had beennot pleased and desired to return my publications. I looked over ITV's return policy and attempted to contact them again and again to obtain an ra # and so I might return the publications. They never answer their telephones. I also desired to stop a publication but can't-get your hands on one to get it done.
