We think that Yelp is rigging their program to filter excellent opinions on companies that not promote through them. The salsesperson calls us daily to market but because we didn't promote with Yelp, we observed our 5 stars evaluations were blocked out. We published for them to ask about the only real unfavorable evaluation and have they take it off because it was an effort from the dubious genuine customer. We indicated our worries concerning the reliability of the evaluation because we never had this type of customer.

We've flagged this dubious evaluation and requested that Yelp examine and following a week we got no reaction. We e mailed the organization again to ask about eliminating this deceptive unfavorable evaluation. We got no reaction from their store, nevertheless we got 5 calls from their ad office requesting us to market with them and we are able to get our organization to top place.
