Not providing answers to legal? S but charging my credit card for this service

I've submitted? For solutions from Just Solution since September 29. It's been continuing and all regarding the exact same problem - response to assist me get limitation on my driver permit eliminated and so I could generate again. I get mail saying they've published an answer so when examined there's no solution. They've billed my charge card an overall total of $146.00 using their declare that I should be pleased with their solution or cost is going to be eliminated. No solution actually-no costs removed my card. They're 100% non-compliant using what they promote is their item. They create deceptive statements, cost credit balances, and provide no merchandise whatsoever. Simply constant verb-era coping with noncompliance for the things they promoted they'd do.
