Wellman & Warren LLP
Overcharged for horrible legal work!

Lawyers & Legal Counseling

Our organization based out-of Hongkong was thinking about conducting business within the Usa, we were known Mr. Scott Wade Wellman with a shared company affiliate to deal with all required legal issues. Mr. Wellman explained he might manage our work herself. He explained his encounter and understanding of global company regulation.

As it happens that Mr. Wellman more of the clever salesman than a lawyer. Whenever we obtained our files, anything wasn't appropriate. There have been several mistakes and omissions throughout. After much analysis we discovered he outsourced our function to doc generators where next to nothing is compiled by lawyers. He then charged use 20 times what he settled.

Mr. Wellman has ceased returning our calls, and we've today chose to end our business model with him and his company. Don't allow this salesman consider your cash for function he didn't do. Prevent Mr. Scott Wade Wellman and you'll be better-off for this.
