End of 2009 beginning 2010 paid $1750 to do a home loan modification and recieved no service or completion of modification

I settled them $1750 to complete a house mortgage loan modification with my mortgage business, Wachovia. I'd finished all paper-work, shipped a check, etc. They created small try to do something. I extended to check on in with them on the improvement and quickly wasn't recieving emails or calls back from their website. Quickly they certainly were not really addressing their telephones and also the mail details were no further available. After I tried their site the internet business agency sprang up having a red flag. I created a problem using the BBB and initial legal advocates never answered. The organization is just a fraud and all of the people work worried and provide you their ocmplete fulfillment the providers must have not a problem finishing the change mortgage necessary to enable you to get out-of difficulty and back on the right track. I'd like my money-back and am searching for any information to obtain it back if anybody has any info. I'd dislike for anybody else to-go through any monre monetary damage or tension due to businesses preying on people who need support. Thanks and please assist in any means you are able to.
