I've been an agent for more than 15 years and that I haven't caused this kind of unprofessional lawyer. Not just is he rude and ridiculous, he pretends to cost one-fee after which escalates the charge half-way through the deal. Not reliable and it has several disappointed customers. Just appears out for his pursuits - not his customers.
