Ank levy/no mail/rudeness

A levy was joined against me by Pressler & Pressler because of a superb charge card. They declare that I've gotten email from their store declaring that I owed the cash which a levy was given in thier benefit on 5/17/10. I've not gotten any paperwork from their store or even the courtroom. I keep requesting paperwork however they are rude and state I'm rude and suspend us on me. They've positioned a levy on my parents banking account and certainly will not launch the levy. I've no-income that adopts that consideration and that I have supplied them with the info they've required showing this. Nevertheless, they keep introducing extra information I have to offer. Meanwhile, my parents consideration is freezing plus they don't have any use of thier income.
