Did not do what a our contract said

Your agreement was in order for them to reduce our mortgage because of Country-Wide charging to much curiosity and we'd not been overdue or we'd not overlooked a cost. They recommended us to skip six months of funds so that they might re finance our house. Well they didn't do that today our house is in a Brief Market so we-don't move directly into foreclosure also it nevertheless might. We delivered a notice of termination because of us spending them about 2000.00 pounds but obviously we've not noticed a term from their website. We're currently residing in a flat and awaiting our Short-Sell to-go through and wishing our house doesn't get into foreclosure.
