Fraudulent Loan Modification Scam

I replied to some email advertisement regarding home loan change from Fidelity Law Class. I had been visited by a lawyer in the team who persuaded me he could easily get my home loan altered to some lower-rate along with a lower stability, whilst the home is mortgaged for a lot more than it's value. The charge for Fidelity's providers was $2,000.00. Which was in August. From July to December, I noticed nothing from Fidelity except two characters informing me they shifted their workplace. The final page informed of an "business" change which lawyer Michael Schunk has transferred out-of Fidelity and obtained my document with him. Efforts to make contact with Schunk have failed. I've since discovered that Fidelity is just a chameleon organization that Schunk shaped that's been through many metamorphoses from Veritas to Fidelity to Southwestern Law. He requires the clientis charge and guarantees to discuss a using the clientis mortgage company. After getting the 2nd "business change" notice, I named my mortgage company (Wells Fargo) and they've never heard about Fidelity or Mr. Schunk, or are they conscious of any lawyer's efforts to discuss a adjustment on my account; a modification that they, Wells Fargo, have overwhelmingly rejected.
