Other people scammed by these criminals?

May employed Parsa to assist me having a Mortgage-Modification. Our pre-qual they examined my financials etc and explained I had been a great canditate. Though these were cautious to describe they couldn't guarantee a change these were assured their could be not issues, but that it'd be as much as the mortgage business in regards to what plan we'd be eligible for. I had been guaranteed contractualy when by 120 times we didn't receive our modificatin we'd obtain a complete refund minus $750.00 for Administrator costs. It's today obviouse Parsa won't be following thru also it appears to be as if they're from company. Could anybody have any more information on the corporation? May their be considered a class-action suit! Has anybody been successful in being repaid for providers not made? I'd prefer to hear back from you
