Threatened to sue if I didn't pay

I'd some difficulties with Officemax and was dismissed. Anything was solved plus they didn't push costs but per monthapproximately later I acquired a lette within the email by the corporation Palmer, Reifler & Contacts. They explained these were addressing Officemax plus they needed around $300 or they'd take-me to judge. I had been so freaked out and was prepared to spend but my spouse declined and stated it had been a fraud. He seemed them up simply to discover that they've been prosecuted for scam. We named them-and they provided us a lot of BS. They actually tried calling me. We reside in a home slit into 3 flats. We just have mobile phones and friend downstairs includes a land-line. Somehow they got his quantity and named it searching for me! After I'd received 3 characters using the amount of cash as much as $500, my partner named and screamed at them-and informed them to simply go right ahead and consider us to judge. We've not received a notice or telephone call since. I am so happy we did not fall for this. I simply wish by publishing this that more individuals may become knowledgeable and simply ignore thier nuisance.
