Filling my infomation Incorrectly

They managed my state improperly and submitted from the incorrect company. The GA Division of Work doesn't have method to document a state and properly listing a company with PRN employees. They've submitted the state from the incorrect organization and that I haven't gotten my cost from my ex-employer plus they really submitted against a business that I'm employed in a PRN position for. They've fundamentally screwed-up anything and that I am the main one struggling the concequences of they incompitence.
