DAV, NSO, Boss Andy Marshall of the DAV Local Office in St. Petersburg, Fl. Authorized a Hispanic Expert to become forced, endangered and compelled to withdraw the state for retroactive benefits.

Within The 2009 May problem of the DAV journal Mr. Marshall gets credit to get another experienced 62 years of retroactive benefits.

I wrote the National Headquarters, Mr. Ed Reese, NSO Manager, he didn't react. I talked with Mr. Maki and stated he'd contact me following the conference. Have not noticed something. I requested to consult with DAV Atty. Mr. Clay, nothing.

I usually believed the DAV was a great business and contributed $1000 in Recognition towards the only NSO who actually assisted me who been Hispanic.
