Employment harassment

I had been used below for some decades. Our boss was continuously on me about every shift I created. I'd to register and out to visit the toilet. No body got breaks. Oneday my boss required that I email work supervisor everytime I acquired up from my table and everytime I lay back (including to visit the toilet) and closed out and in written down. No body else at work needed to do this. (I replied that I'd not do this since I had been being designated with no one else was necessary to do this (I experienced as though she regularly bothered me about anything). The following day I visited function and was dismissed. I'm as though I had been designated and bothered which since I stood facing it, I had been quickly dismissed. It'd been apparent in my experience to get a very long time this boss was preferred. I told the dog owner concerning the nuisance often but nothing was actually completed to prevent it. (I've a back situation and also the evening before I had been dismissed I emailed my boss and informed her that I'd obtain a notice from my physician declaring that I required a rest since sitting managed to get worse and that I ripped the email towards the operator.) I'd advised them about that situation several occasions which I'd to walk-around once in awhile. I'm as though I had been unfairly and unjustly fired.
