I approached them in Oct. 2008 to document individual bankruptcy. These were suggested by Treatment One Credit Counseling.
They got $1500 that we might ill-afford, and explained my judge day could be Jan. 09. It is today mid-March, and that I can't-get any info from their store about my situation. If you're fortunate enough to obtain somebody about the telephone, they are able to never answer any concerns and usually state that somebody can get back. They never do.
I've to begin throughout today having a local lawyer.
Persels and Colleagues is a headache to cope with, and that I have practically nothing to exhibit for that costs I settled them, aside from numerous runarounds.
