Using handicap parking spaces

Employee employing business vehicle illegally left in disabled parking area not before the Dominos shop. After I questioned him (like a handicapped consumer) why he was left illegally he offered me a good ass reaction. He explained to become better. I will hardly go and fought to make the journey to the shop entry whilst the "organization" vehicle was left straight before the dollar-store organization. Where I ought to have already been able to park. He's an extremely ignorant child. Must be stopped.
