Never ask this guy for legal advice. He will mock you if you are having problems with neighbors, others. He is an arrogant stupid loud mouth. He will put you down if you ask him questions he feels are stupid. He will ask you to kill yourself and say you are worthless to mankind. This guy deserves several ethics complaints.in my opinion and studies of law he is not worth paying for his services. Idiot!!
