I visited observe lawyer mullhofer to get a legitimate issue and he explained to obtain a new LLc. I settled him $200 and afterwards another $1500. Works out he understands nothing about fees and delivered me to his accountant who had been not useful. The De llc I really could have at authorized zoom.com for $129. He never delivered my telephone calls. He just enables you to purchase useless documents and doesn't actually allow you to with something.
