Ticket Letter for a BMW I Never Owned, Then Threatened

Received a letter from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson LLP saying I have a traffic ticket out of San Antonio TX. The ticket lists a BMW as the car that received the citation. I have never owned a BMW.

I called them and told Amy that I have never owned a BMW and that if they had done discovery on me, they would find out that it is true. She didn't like that and told me that I would be sued. I told her to go ahead, that my lawyer would love to sue them and the City of San Antonio. She hung up on me. Now she won't take my calls. I guess I hurt her feelings somehow.
