Collection Firm Kept $4,470 From Broker and Never Paid Us

They advertised themselves as a transportation collection company offering 15% flat rate (which is too good for debts more than 90 days past due). He first asked for $419 to start the case, I found out that he is not a Florida Bar member so he is not a lawyer and refused to pay him upfront. Then he pursued the broker, got paid $4,470 by him and never paid us.
I talked to Raymond and he said that he was in hospital etc., and he will pay. Then he never answered the phone or returned emails. They are a scam. I reported it to police for wire fraud.
