Bill Me Later
Never Opened an Account, Yet Billed for Unknown eBay Charges

I have never opened a Bill Me Later account. I haven't used my PayPal account in 8-10 years. Today I received a bill from Bill Me Later for eBay charges and products that I have never seen or made, and I have never heard of the suppliers. Total fraud.

I have chemo treatment every week for PPC and really don't have the mental or physical energy to deal with this.
