Process was flawed by not putting mailing addresses on the letters to Insurance Companies. Also, they stated "Some insurance companies may require you to change beneficiaries using their form." For crying out loud, they have several hundred people. Surely, someone could compile a list of addresses for insurance companies and if they required a form, put it in the packet!
