This "penny" bidding scam is very deceptive. Although it is plastered with ads, including "How it works" it is not very clear at all how it works. Some radio buttons are "pre-checked" so when you enter information in one place, unexpected things are activated - I entered my personal information in expectation that I would then be able to bad and I found that I inadvertently purchased $99 with of "Bids" - I was granted 25 "free" bids which I then used to purchase a magazine subscription for $0.01 - the "Handling fee" turned out to be $14.99! I was billed $29.99 for a BIG bidding package - which I did not (knowingly) request - maybe another hidden radio button. These guys are crooks!!
