Reduced quote for like new phone

This company recycles electronics like cell phones and laptops. They quoted me one price. I sent my like new barely used phone with no scratches and a screen protector, then they claim "signs of use" and reduced the amount they would pay for the phone. They did not ask or respond when I requested the phone back. Now the are threatening to sue me for lible and slander.
