Bad customer support

Dear potential Saveology clients,

NEVER USE SAVEOLOGY. The initial moment I applied saveology.com to get a good deal, they oversold the merchandise by 400,000 buys (simply because they didn't set a purchasing restriction) plus they randomly terminated my purchase after 2 weeks of waiting. While attempting to contact their customer support to repair the issue, my calls were fallen each and every period and that I never got to consult with a consultant. I've never gotten this sort of unprofessional customer support from Groupon, LivingSocial, DailySave, etc.

You need to be informed. I'll never make use of this website again and that I have recommended all my family and friends to complete exactly the same.
