I'm very very very frustrated with this situation

I requested 'soul mates' tops from their site, and that I obtained them around three times after I put my purchase, that we thought was excellent. After I popped the tops, I realized that they were also little, and were not as adorable because they appeared on the site, and so I sent them back. It has been around three months, and that I have not received my money-back at-all! I have named and email the organization, with no you have yet to come back my phone, or my mail! I am super extremely discouraged with this specific scenario!
