I never had an issue with Ideeli till I incorrectly shipped them a product that I am talking about to come back to a different website. Obtaining one to inform me where this product may be within the factory could possibly consider an act of God. Numerous emails and demands for help have gone overlooked. Their "customer support" phone number is definitely an answering device that's overlooked. I will just imagine where my $400 product is, but I'd not be amazed if somebody got it house with them.
