Took $99.00 out of my account

I ripped up their web site to sign up for free simply to consider the products they've. And before i knew it they'd charged our bank card $99 without asking. I called them immediately and they'd not refund my money. They said they were going to email $100 food certification and include $49.00 back again to my card. I told them i truly needed cash back on card i can't afford this! Per the boss jason i had been to make use of the 250 estimates to bid on giftcards to have the rest of my money back and that i was guarnted to win. He repeated that three times. Of course if i didn't then callback and they'd reset estimates till i get. Nicely i did so and they gave me so much difficulty. I simply need my complete $99 back on my card. I really believe this is a fraud. They don't make things clear. And that i don't wish to waste my time or engery bidding on thing that i will never get. Please help me get my cash back.
