Unfair Unethical Business Practice

I'm a self employed small entrepreneur, who's an initial era AUTHORIZED immigrant from China. I've been exchanging products on eBay since Apr. 2004 with 306 good feeedbacks (100%). Today is Thanksgiving Day 2011. I'm thankful for what I've accomplished in US, that will be the best nation on the planet

I'll reveal among the greatest "Scamster", that will be eBay itself:

In August, I offered a Nikon 18-70 AF S contact lens for $154 with "Free Delivery" and an examination interval for return opportunity (Object # 110730335265). I received payment and delivered move. The customer chose to return it. I returned the cash and got the move back. EBay charged me a $13.95 to get a "Ultimate Charge" for that contact lens. They stated easily return the cash towards the customer, I'd obtain a reimbursement about the first "Final Charge".

Then I provided the move towards the next high bidder of the exact same market, eBay transformed the "Product number to 110733493886", and charged the 2nd "Ultimate Charge" of $13.95. Etc report, it appeared as if I offered two products on eBay when actually I just offered one product. I suppose eBay is "Preparing Their Publications" after Bernie Madoff.

I've criticism about 4-5 period when there is a study mail, requesting them about that kind of "Dishonest, Unjust enterprise Exercise". I've not gotten any solution from eBay. I submitted a problem using the "National Trade Commission-FTC" concerning the above issue.

On Thanksgiving day at 2:34am EST, I obtained a contact from eBay, having a topic line says "MC007 EBI NOTICE: Cost approach hasbeen taken off your consideration". For no explanation provided, they eliminated my "Payment Method", meaning I'd need to spend cash into my eBay consideration ahead of time for many entries.

I simply wish to warm the general public how "Dishonest, Unjust, Arrogant, and Selfish" eBay is becoming through the years. "Unjust, Dishonest Business Exercise" injured All - Americans. EBay has team of people delivering solicitation emails (providing several type of bargains for that customers), and performing workshops all over the place. However they don't have any effort to deal with their moral problems. I really believe in fairtrade relationship. Company must make revenue. But eBayis company training has gotten increasingly more Dishonest through the years. Lots of people took their company to different sites.

In my opinion I'm not ALONE eBay has had advantage of. But we "the folks" won't stay quiet about these wrongdoings of those companies and politicians anymore!
