Beware

Customer BEWARE! The corporation offered me bamboo floor that their marketing claims is 27% harder than wood. I'd the floor installed also it appeared stunning... Until it had been stepped on. I've two pets which are groomed and also have their fingernails cut and submitted frequently. Every-inch of the ground is damaged simply from their store STROLLING onto it. I approached the organization plus they attempted to create me purchase an inspector in the future and appear at it. I declined. The inspector arrived (at their price... Gee, is not that what sort of genuine company does it?) and created this far-fetched concept that my dining area seats were damaging the ground. Never mind the truth that they've not been utilized once because the ground was set, they've defensive sliders in it, and also the ground is damaged within the whole and not simply where the seats are. Today the organization is declining any obligation and it is questioning my request payment of any sort. They appear to genuinely believe that it's completely regular and appropriate to spend nearly $3000 to get a ground that'll not consider regular use for just one evening. That's just how long it required the scores to begin showing. Keep your sanity. Atleast whenever you cope with Homedepot they react to your issues. At Ifloor.com they simply stop one to the control and state 'hard luck.' After which they've the nerve to express they pride themselves on 'first class customer support.' Customer, BEWARE!!!
