Destroyed my info

I recently bought a panda protection web disease box from Workplace website in Newark P I posted a refund reimbursement for $20 and WAS educated it had been received and named many times and was informed it had been being prepared, In September I named and was informed the check could be shipped on 7/24 it had been never obtained. I named Panda on 8/21 and asked plus they had within their documents my refund from 2009 but refused having my new standing claiming they did not have my info that we discovered unusual they'd before.in my opinion they ruined my info for that fresh refund also it seems there's today no refund to be submitted.
